During the WE of our national holiday I had the pleasure of hosting 4 boys: Toufi from Jordan, Tordar from Norway, Oskar from Sweden and Miguel from Portugal. I joined the Open Day at the camp site on Friday to collect my guests. I had a very positive impression of the camp.

On Saturday we visited the battlefield of Waterloo (first photograph, at the lion of Waterloo). On Sunday we drove to the Ardennes and visited the caves of Han-sur-Lesse as well as the nearby animal park (where the second picture has been taken).

It surely was a lively, energetic group, but I really struck me how attached to the CISV traditions (song, energizers etc.) that they had learned at the camp. During those moments they really connected with each other in a unique way.
